  I came to this facility for a pre-employment physical. They told me they were short doctors and that their management was doing something called "running lean" which in health care means running a clinic with the very bare, bare minimum of staff. I sat in the waiting room for 45 min. Then was put in a room for an hour and 10 min before the doctor came in. I was at the clinic a total of 3 hours. My first experience was a front desk person who didn't feel it necessary to check if a fax from my company had come through even though the fax machine literally was behind her chair. I watched the fax come through as I talking to the front desk lady and had my boss on the phone-I literally saw the fax come in and the front desk lady said "I don't have the fax" I told her to turn around as I could see it sitting on the machine. It was ludicrous. The second time I had to return to have a TB test read - there was no front desk person at all. I stood at the counter for 15 min before an actual person came up and asked if I needed help. Whoever manages this clinic does not know how to run a health care model for good service.
