  Great doctors speaking from experience with 2 of them. However, I cannot condone their business practice. And I don't know if it is the doctors instigating from behind the scenes or the front staff who we communicate with often. My wife went to the ER on saturday, for some severe abdominal pain. A few nurses recommended to at least get it checked for appendicitis (that is how much pain she is in). The ER sent her home due to not finding anything severe and said to check with our general physician to see about how to proceed. With it being the weekend, my wife remained in severe pain 2 more days with the hope of seeing Dr. Faulkner (since she was who we have had for my wife). (A little back story: I was laid off from my work and still job hunting, so we had just gotten onto Medicaid). We made an appointment to see the Dr on Monday. She hobbled into the office in a ton of pain and had mentioned that she was on Medicaid. They told her: "Sorry, you can't see the doctor. We don't accept Medicaid." My wife, in a ton of pain, was desperate and said she would pay cash. They told her that they are not allowed to even accept cash due to legalities. I'm not a fan of Medicaid, BUT I am an advocate of the Hippocratic oath all doctors take. My wife, now even more desperate, asked for advise on what she should do. The front desk responded "i don't know." In a time that also indicated "i don't care." My wife in her state broke down right in front of them having a anxiety attack. And they sat there, doing nothing. My wife eventually pulled enough of herself together and hobbled out. It is a bit of a ways down the hallway and a couple strangers ran over to help her. I was waiting outside to pick her up and when I saw her I ran over to help. We got all the way to the car before the front desk lady came running out claiming my wife left without them able to get her the information and thankfully caught her in time. (To which I say, she wasn't running out the door if that is what you were saying.). The first doctor they recommended was filled for the next 3 months and the second option had the incorrect number. I cannot think of a worst way to treat a patient or anyone for that matter. I understand, they have to make a living. But what they are doing to make that living is not ethical.:

  This place is fantastic. Dr. Faulkner is very professional and has a great bedside manner. I've had to see Dr Weller when Dr Faulkner was out, and he was wonderful too. They both take the time to go through information thoroughly and seem to really care about their patients. I highly recommend this place. Great people.
